We value confidence in a leader, but confidence in what? Typically, we value self-confidence but is self-confidence over valued? Do we need leaders with a decent dose of self-doubt?
In 1963-64 I took the one and only physics course I would ever take. I had the same teacher for geometry. In 2014 I wrote him for the first time since high school. Today I probably own 40 to 50 books because of those two classes and the number continues to grow.
