Often a common set of principles, rules, or understandings will lead to a diverse and unexpected set of results. Learning is a good example and watching a group of artists develop illustrates how it works.

In 1963-64 I took the one and only physics course I would ever take. I had the same teacher for geometry. In 2014 I wrote him for the first time since high school. Today I probably own 40 to 50 books because of those two classes and the number continues to grow.
